Who we are

What we collect
When you join the waitlist: your email address, the language of the page (English or Romanian), the date and time you agreed, and the version of this notice. Nothing else: no name, no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts. We do not store your IP address in the list.
Why
To email you when Minkrop launches and to tell you about the launch offer. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR, art. 6(1)(a)). We don’t sell the list or share it with anyone.
Where
In a database run by Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1), which hosts this site and processes the data on our behalf. The database is restricted to the European Union. As the host and our processor, Cloudflare also processes the IP addresses of visitors in the network traffic, to deliver the pages and protect them against attacks.
How long
Until 12 months after launch, that is until 16 October 2027, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Protection against abuse
To stop automated sign-ups, we limit sign-up attempts per IP address (for IPv6, per /64 network block) over 10 minutes. For this we do not store the IP address itself, only a non-reversible keyed hash of it (HMAC), used only for this limit. The hash is kept in a separate table, never together with your email address, and is deleted automatically once the 10 minutes are over, the next time the form is used.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time: write to support@minkrop.com from the address you signed up with and we’ll do it within one month. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro).
